Kota Kinabalu: An Abu Sayaaf member involved in kidnapping of foreigners at home and and Sabah, finally surendered to the military in Tawi-Tawi.Western Mindanao Command (Westmincom) Chief Lt Gen Corleto Vinluan Jr confirmed that pro-Islamic State (IS) Alsadi Hanai together with companion Benaser Pae and Ugali Alimudin surrendered to the Second Marine Brigade in Bongao Tawi-Tawi last Friday. He said the trio who surrendered separately also yielded their weapons and pledged allegiance to the Philippine flag.
