Nice manager Patrick Vieira has given his support to sign Arsenal defender William Saliba.
The 19-year-old joined the Gunners in a £27 million deal last year from St. Etienne.
But Mikel Arteta decided against including Saliba in either his Premier League or Europa League squads.
As such, the young defender has been regularly in the U23s in anticipation for a loan move in January.
And according to But! Football Club in France, Nice have put their hand up to sign Saliba.
Vieira, of course, is one of Arsenal's greatest ever players and remains close with the club.
