Tuaran: The Sabah Veterinary Services Department (JPV) will provide technological tools to treat sewage here, in efforts to overcome river pollution due to improper waste disposal from nearby pig breeding sites. Sabah JPV director Dr Peter Lee Ah Kong said such tools, which creates a “Zero Discharge” system, would be the best method to dispose pig sewage waste. He said the sewage would no longer released into the drainage but instead treated and can be reused to clean the pig breeding areas.
