Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane urged calm after their 2-0 Champions League defeat to Shakhtar Donetsk.
Real Madrid now need to beat Borussia Monchengladbach in Matchday 6 to have any chances of progressing to the last 16 of the Champions League.
"I'm optimistic. It's a difficult moment, but we have to have character and pride," Zidane said.
"Today's result is a shame because we didn't deserve it. We have to win the next game.
"We're going to believe and we're going to fight, I'm sure of it."
