West Ham United boss David Moyes says Jarrod Bowen is capable of breaking into the England squad.
The winger, who signed from Hull in January, has been a revelation in east London, with Moyes often citing his arrival alongside Tomas Soucek as the key factor in their successful relegation battle last season.
"If he can continue with his form that he's been playing," Moyes said. "If he can keep his goals tally up, I think he'll not be levels away from being close to squads.
"I just think the problem at the moment is England have so many good attacking players, the forward line and the midfield players are so strong. I think that's where the hardest positions are to get in when you look at how many good forward players England have."
He added: "Jarrod's a player where I think there's room to improve. I think he can step up again, Jarrod, I really do. I think he's got another level to go to. And I hope we can that in the next year or two."
