Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder appreciates the support of owner Prince Abdullah after defeat to Southampton.
The Blades remain rock bottom of the table after the 3-0 reverse, but Wilder received public backing by Prince Abdullah in the aftermath.
Asked about the support, Wilder said: "Whatever he says or needs to say, is down to him.
"I'll respect that. I get on with my job. I get up in the morning, have a shower and come in bright and work to the best of my ability.
"That's what we all do."
Prince Abdullah had earlier stated: "I believe in him. I believe if he wasn't the manager of our team, I would hire him!
"I believe if the worst comes to the worst and we get relegated, he'll be the manager to take us back quickly.
"This year has been tough but I still have hope. It's a long season but we will stick with Chris no matter what."
