Bruno Fernandes' success at Manchester United is key to Paul Pogba's unhappiness, it has been revealed.
The Telegraph says Solskjaer has continually opted to play Fernandes in the attacking midfield role, which has left Pogba frustrated, as he wants to occupy that position.
It was in that capacity which Pogba claimed the award for United's top goalscorer in the 2018/19 campaign, but his performances have flattered to deceive since.
The Frenchman's agent Mino Raiola confirmed on Monday that Pogba wants to leave United and has publicly urged the club to sanction his sale in the coming months.
Pogba has become a less pivotal player at Old Trafford since the arrival of Fernandes, who has already cemented his place as United's new talisman.
