Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy admits he was impressed by Aston Villa last night.
The two teams finished at 1-1 at Stamford Bridge.
Mendy reflected, "Difficult game because Aston Villa is a good team.
"I think it was better than Arsenal and West Ham and yes I think we played good today, and we deserved to win today."
When asked whether playing without Kurt Zouma and Thiago Silva was different because of the language barrier, Mendy said: "No it's not different because I already speak at the training ground or the game because I've already played with Tony [Rudiger] and Christensen so it's easy for me to switch in English."
