Chelsea technical chief Petr Cech has called for a change to the laws around penalty kicks.
Cech feels goalkeepers should be allowed to move along the goal line as the taker prepares to hit his spotkick.
The former Blues No1 wrote on social media: "I don't understand how any goalkeeper has to cover an area of 7m 32cm by 2m 44cm without moving his legs while a player shoots from 12 yards at an average speed of 70 mph, which means that in 0.35 seconds the ball will cross the goal line...
"Easy to criticise without offering any solution, although here it is: maybe the referee would just make a second line 4 feet from the goal line using a spray and the penalty should be taken between them?"
