Chelsea hero Joe Cole admits he's a big fan of Billy Gilmour.
The former Chelsea star, who has worked in the club academy, recalled the young Scot's determination to learn.
He told BT Sport: "I love this kid, the way he just shifts players in, body movement. He's very, very sharp.
"His head's on a swivel all the time, which I like, he's well drilled.
"Coaching him at Chelsea, he was a pleasure.
"I remember him watching videos in the morning before training - off his own back because he wants to improve."
