Barcelona captain Lionel Messi admits he's in regular contact with Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola.
Off contract in June, Messi is a confirmed target for City, having tried to force through a move to England last summer.
While insisting he hasn't spoken to his former Barca coach about a transfer, Messi says he is in contact with Guardiola.
He told La Sexta: “I don't know how long our last conversation lasted, but we are in touch.
"We are not talking about whether we will meet again. For me, Pep is the best, he is special."
