Abide by SOP at social gatherings: Masidi

Kota Kinabalu: The public are reminded to strictly abide by the standard operating procedure (SOP) at social gatherings. 

Sabah’s Covid-19 spokesperson Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun (pic) stressed that carrying out such social activities without observing the SOPs significantly raises the risk of Covid-19 transmission.

“As of late, it is found that many clusters stem from social gatherings that failed to follow the SOPs. These include social meetings with families, celebrations and religious ceremonies.

“Therefore, it is crucial that we stay vigilant and strive to protect oneself, our families as well as the surrounding community from Covid-19 transmission.
