Henrikh Mkhitaryan insists Roma can mount a title challenge after victory over Torino.
The 3-1 win has Roma now tied in third place with Juventus.
“We are getting better game after game," Mkhitaryan told Roma TV.
“We knew it would be tough tonight, but we prepared well and deserved the victory. Admittedly, we let go a bit in the last 10-15 minutes, because Torino were a man down and we thought we could just sit back and play on the counter.
“They created some problems for us, so we need to study our mistakes and learn not to repeat them."
On the title, he added: “We still have a lot of games to play and it's too early to say if we could be Scudetto contenders. It is a strange season and all the teams are pretty close together up there, but it's still early."
