Ketum is a leaf derived from a tree named Mitragyna speciosa. It is consumed after it has been boiled.

On 29 December, almost a hundred litres of ketum juice was found in a container situated in the Putrajaya Civil Servants Housing Apartment (PPAM) in Precinct 5, Putrajaya.

The Putrajaya Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Mohd Fadzil Ali said that the police found the container of ketum juice in a gas supply room. The police had received a tip-off at 12.30pm which led them to the discovery.
