Chelsea striker Timo Werner admits adjusting to the Premier League has been more difficult than he expected.
Werner has hit a goalscoring slump after arriving in the summer from RB Leipzig.
He told Sky Deutschland: “It's not quite what I had in mind. Of course, I'm now playing a completely different position than in Leipzig, where I mostly came through the middle.
“The Premier League is something else.
"The contact here is harder than in Germany, I expected it, but not as strong."
