Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers was a coach at Chelsea under Jose Mourinho, who will be in the opposing dugout with Tottenham on Sunday.
"It was a great step for me at that time, the opportunity for me to go to a big club," said Rodgers.
"He was charismatic, had a great way with the players, and was very open in his communication. I was in a pole position for learning."
