Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admits he is losing support in the Premier League for moving to five subs a game.
It was a rule first put into games last season after the COVID-19 lockdowns and subsequent restart.
The Champions League, Europa League and certain European leagues still have five subs a game.
However, the Premier League is back to three, and Klopp believes his fellow managers are abandoning his view on the matter.
"I've said everything about it,' Klopp told reporters before a top of the table clash with Tottenham.
"Sometimes it feels like I am the only voice for the [five subs]. Other people think the same.
"Journalists are not supportive, you are not really interested, you just write what we say, that's the truth."
