Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl admits Jannick Vestergaard faces several more weeks out of action.
Hasenhuttl admits the Dane continues to struggle with a knee strain.
He said, "It may take a few more weeks, but I do not know.
"It's different for them (the injured Saints players). Some are on the training ground now, but until they are ready for a Premier League match, then it is a big problem for us."
There is hope of Vestergaard returning before the end of the month.
