Mohamed Salah insists he wants to stay at Liverpool for as long as he can, but added that his future is in the club's hands.

The Egyptian stunned supporters last month when he revealed he was open to joining Real Madrid and Barcelona when speaking in an interview with Spanish outlet AS.

But the Reds forward says he wants to remain at Anfield, if the club want to keep him.

Asked where his future lies by Norwegian channel TV2, Salah said: "I do not know.

"If you ask, I say I want to stay here as long as I can, but as I have said before, it is in the hands of the club.

"I will always give 100 per cent to the last minute I am in this club and I want to win as many trophies as I can.

"And I want to give 100 per cent to the people, who show me love all the time."
