Kota Kinabalu: Sabah agrees with the Federal Government’s decision to impose a two-week Movement Control Order (MCO) for the State, beginning tomorrow ((Jan 13). Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor (pic) said the MCO was necessary to stop the exponential increase of Covid-19 cases in the State. He urged the public to heed directives from the authorities and observe the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to stop the chain of infection.

On Monday (Jan 11), a total of 374 new cases were detected bringing the Covid-19 infection cumulative total to 41,040 in Sabah.

One fatality was also reported on Sunday.
