Food aid for the less fortunate in Tanjung Aru

SABAH Progressive Party (SAPP) Tanjung Aru CLC and Sabah Environmental Friendly Association or Mesra Alam Sekitar (Masesa), a local non-governmental organisation, distributed food baskets to 90 families in Tanjong Aru.

The food basket aid comes under the “Sentuhan Kasih (Touch of Love)” programme to help the low-income group during this Covid-19 pandemic.

The recipients include OKU (persons with disabilities), single mothers, extreme poor and elderly.

Present during the distribution were SAPP Tanjung Aru CLC Chairman Norizal Mohd Noor, Masesa President Ainie Jamin, Putatan Councillor Puan Noraiza bte Mohd Noor and Kapitan Cina Chung Min Kong and others.
