Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was happy with Martin Odegaard's debut for their 0-0 draw with Manchester United.
The Norwegian came on for Emile Smith-Rowe after 83 minutes.
"He adapted very well. He brings with him smiles and joy. Technically, he is a very talented player. He is a player we need in those positions, and hopefully he can contribute very quickly," Arteta told TV2.
"Let him fight by match. He has trained for a day and a half with the team and has already had a few minutes.
"It is not a bad start."
