Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho doesn't believe Liverpool are out of the title race.
The Reds are eight points behind league leaders Manchester City, but can close the gap with a win over Spurs on Wednesday.
"When you win once you know you have the team to win it twice," Mourinho said when asked about Liverpool's form via Football.London.
When you never win it you always have the question mark what do we need to win it and we are not good enough to win it, what do we need to improve to win it.
"When you win it you know you are the best team and Liverpool was not just about winning, it was about winning so comfortably.
"So they know the team they are and they know the players they have. And they know they can do it again.
"Would anyone expect Liverpool to have a similar run to last season when winning, winning and winning non stop?
"I would not expect that as what they did was so difficult. And to win it the second time in the same way is even more difficult.
"But to win the title again I think they believe they can and I believe that is what they really want."
