Dave Checketts, the former chief executive of The Madison Square Garden Company and president of the New York Knicks, will join Burnley's board of directors in June, reports www.sportspromedia.com/.
The executive team will also feature Antonio Dávila, a professor of entrepreneurship, accounting and control and chair of innovation at IESE Business School.
The appointments follow the Lancashire club's takeover by ALK Capital at the end of 2020.
