Arsenal legend Martin Keown would be surprised if the club signed Ryan Bertrand.
The Gunners are being linked with the Southampton left back this month.
However, Keown believes the Saints are in a good position in the Premier League and would loathe to sell players this month.
Bertrand is out of contract this summer and has not agreed a new deal with the club.
"He [Bertrand] has that experience," Keown said on BT Sport during Arsenal's 1-0 FA Cup loss to Southampton.
"This is a young team here [at Southampton], so I don't think he is going anywhere."
