Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has a message for his teammates after their fifth defeat in eight league games against Leicester City.
The Blues are enduring a miserable winter, after a good start to the season under Frank Lampard.
Silva, who signed on a free transfer in the summer, wants to pass on his experience to his younger teammates.
The centre-back, writing on Instagram, said: "Nobody said it was going to be easy. A lot of effort, determination, courage and dedication is required to win.
"That's why we will not give up. Everything happens for a reason. We need to give our blood and sweat.
"I am convinced we will meet our objectives! Come on @chelseafc."
