Manchester City defender John Stones lifted the lid on manager Pep Guardiola's halftime team talk for their Carabao Cup semifinal win at Manchester United.
While the game was locked in a stalemate at the break, Stones insists boss Guardiola was happy with how things were going.
Asked what manager Guardiola said at the break, Stones told Sky Sports: "Same again - same mentality, same pressing, same everything, really.
"I thought the first half we set the tone on how we played against such a good side. They posed us problems and we dealt with that so well. I thought we had so many chances and we did the job at the end of the day.
"I'm just working hard, just trying to play as many games as I can. I want to give everything to the team and stay true to myself - see what I can do, what I can improve on.
"Playing these big games is something I thrive off and I just want to play well."
