Newcastle United and Parma are interested in Independiente winger Alan Velasco.
El Intransigente says the 18-year-old is attracting interest from across the globe.
Parma are preparing a bid for Velasco. However, Club America from Mexico and Newcastle are named as suitors as well.
The youngster has a contract which runs until 2023, and a release clause of £17.5m.
But Independiente are prepared to sell Velasco for the right price this month.
