Jakub Moder has begun training with Brighton.
The former Lech Poznan midfielder signed for the Seagulls in October, but loaned back to the Poles for the first-half of the season.
It is not yet clear when he will make his debut for the Seagulls.
The forthcoming fourth round of the FA Cup could be an opportunity.
Head coach Graham Potter said: “He has arrived, it was his first day today.
“He's just doing some light stuff.
“He has had a couple of weeks off from football, so we just need to settle him and get him up to speed, but it's good to have him here."
