New Aston Villa signing Morgan Sanson has paid tribute to Olympique Marseille and their fans.
Sanson was signed by Villa yesterday.
He posted to social media: "Four years… Life goes fast, career very fast… The end of an incredible and unforgettable adventure here in the city of football.
"I arrived in Marseille like a 22-year-old boy, I am leaving as a father. This club will have made me grow sportingly and humanely.
"Thank you to OM, this great club, recognised all over the world, for all these countless moments spent here, sometimes complicated situations, difficult moments with periods of crisis… But so many incredible moments, EXTRAORDINARY and INDESCRIBABLE atmospheres that I will never forget."
