Empoli patron Fabrizio Corsi has declared Maurizio Sarri is ready to return to management.
Sarri was sacked by Juventus at the end of last season.
“I spoke to him a couple of times, but we mostly spoke about some youth players," Corsi told Radio Punto Nuovo. “I found him with some energy.
“I told him to prepare to return. But if he will return to Napoli? I don't know.
“I like Gattuso as much as Sarri, even though I had a good relationship with Sarri.
“I like Gattuso a lot as a person. He has values and exposes them and communicates them well."
