Attacking midfielder Musiala is after a whopping £100,000-a-week contract despite his tender years.
And his demands are said to have caused a deadlock - with the German giants unwilling to cough up.
Musiala is still on a youth contract which doesn't expire until summer 2022.
But having broken several records with the Bavarians, if an agreement cannot be reached, a summer transfer looks likely.
