Kota Kinabalu: The latest project by reputable developer North Borneo Land Avenue Sdn Bhd, SkyMillion Residence of 245 units of luxurious condominium at Nosoob in Penampang is now open for sale.

Its Managing Director GN Wong said the company is offering attractive promotion package for early birds for the upcoming units that are now open for booking.

He said the public especially potential buyers are welcomed to its sales gallery at Suiera Avenue to view the models of the units.

“The project, which is located in Penampang behind Plaza 333 is currently under construction since two months ago which is targeted for completion in early 2024.
