AS Monaco are willing to cough up to buy Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.
Currently on-loan with Atletico Madrid, the Uruguay midfielder is being linked with a return to the Gunners before being loaned out again.
But TMW says Monaco have made a serious move for Torreira.
ASM have offered a three-year contract to the midfielder and are prepared to negotiate a fee with Arsenal.
Fiorentina, Lazio and Torino are also interested in Torreira.
