Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar insists he never considered leaving over the summer.
Skriniar says he was never tempted by the offers that arrived.
“I always wanted to stay here. I'm happy to be performing more consistently," he said.
Inter now await a series of crucial games against Sampdoria, Roma and Juventus: “Each game could be decisive, so we want to take it game by game and start with a ninth consecutive win in Genoa.
"The league is balanced this season and we only need to take care of what we are doing. When things aren't going right but the team is still winning, you work even harder. This is important to get consistent results."
