Kota Kinabalu: Sabah’s oldest party, the United Sabah National Organisation Party (Usno), will elect a new leadership at its inaugural annual general meeting (AGM) on Feb. 28. Its Central Election Committee Chairman Datuk Nani Sakam said all party leaders and members are welcomed to contest provided that they have been a member for at least two years and not a bankrupt. “The main top posts to be contested are president, deputy president and vice president as well as nine seats for Supreme Council members in the party.

“While at division level, the leaders and members can contest for the divisional head post, its deputy head, vice head and six seats to be in the respective division main committee members,” Nani told a press conference at the party headquarters office, here, Friday.
