Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard will be swimming in money at Arsenal.
VG says Odegaard will be handsomely rewarded for his efforts while wearing Arsenal's shirt, as his salary will be 110,000 pounds per week - or 124,000 euros.
That'll be more than 2m pounds during his stay in England and that's reportedly more than he would have earned at Real Madrid.
Mikel Arteta was also key in Odegaard saying "yes" to this loan move, with the Spanish coach calling the player personally. He has guaranteed that the playmaker will get the minutes that coach Zinedine Zidane wasn't giving him.
Dani Ceballos also told Odegaard good things about Arteta and this helped too.
Real Madrid, meanwhile, will earn 2m euros for this loan, as well as saving Odegaard's salary until June.
