Manchester City academy striker Keyendrah Simmonds is on the brink of joining Birmingham City.
Sky Sports says Simmonds will have a medical at Birmingham City today.
Simmonds has entered the final six months of his contract and has been in advanced talks with Birmingham.
He has scored for City's U21 team in this season's Football League Trophy and has been capped by England at U18 level.
