Valencia are refusing to give up on Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks.
The Daily Mail says Valencia have so far failed in their attempts to sign Winks.
The Spanish side looked to bring the England international to the club on loan.
However Spurs turned down the offer.
It has been claimed that the LaLiga outfit are now preparing an improved bid for the 24-year-old.
