Barcelona midfielder Pedri says there's no secret behind the ease with which he's settled since a summer arrival from Las Palmas.
The 18-year-old has fitted in seamlessly with the likes of Leo Messi and Frenkie de Jong, and his coach Ronald Koeman backs him against any opponent.
"From day one, I adapted very well because I am at the club where I wanted to be," Pedri said during a virtual round table discussion with Asian media giants.
"When you are surrounded by good players it is a lot easier to learn and do well."
Despite his meteoric rise, Pedri insists he remains grounded.
"I have to focus on what I like, improve day by day and try to avoid all [distractions]," Pedri said.
