Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says he's addicted to winning.
He racked up his 500th victory in management last weekend and is on the hunt for a third Premier League title.
Guardiola, who began his coaching career with Barcelona's B team in 2007, has an unflinching desire to remain on top.
"When you win it is so addictive and you want to win again and again and again," Guardiola said.
"You feel better when you win. When it comes to titles you want more. It comes from there.
"Always I have the feeling that I can lose a game. That's what drives you. Insecurity and fear and being scared that you can lose a game.
"Everyone is the same. Why should you stop if you are able to win? It comes from there.
"Pleasure for players is incomparable. I would change right now to be a player. As a player you share it with your mates.
"The manager celebrates in different ways. In 90 minutes we can shout and move our arms but our influence is minimal."
