Fiorentina winger Cristiano Biraghi believes Inter Milan have a squad as strong as any club in Italy.
But Biraghi believes AC Milan are capable of winning the Scudetto.
“It's a complicated question," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“On paper, together with Juventus, they are the strongest.
“But Milan can go all the way. Roma and Napoli are up there, whilst Lazio and Atalanta can surprise."
