Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta admits Thomas Partey feels the pressure of his price-tag.
The Ghana midfielder has battled with injury since his £45m summer arrival from Atletico Madrid.
Arteta said, "He knows how much he costs and that means a little pressure.
"When you cannot play, you want to speed it up and do everything faster, and show everyone how good you are and have an impact on the team.
"It creates some anxiety. If you look at the physical aspect, the requirements compared to Spain are different now."
