Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hinted there was some anger over the way they dropped two points against Everton on Saturday.
Speaking with ViaPlay, Solskjaer admits they're paying for individual mistakes.
He said: "We were supposed to control the game and then we conceded two early goals in the second-half. That's what is the biggest worry.
"We reacted well and played well before we conceded late when we're supposed to be better than that. In the dying minutes there, we've got to be better than that. Of course we have to.
"And then I'm not the type to throw stuff and such, but obviously we were disappointed. It's more important that we see what we can do better next time."
He also said, "We're very pleased with the way we've created more chances and increased efficiency. Then we will make sure to improve defensively.
"We're well-structured but there are some mistakes regarding details that costs us."
