Leicester City are pushing to secure Caglar Soyuncu to a new contract.
Italian transfer expert Nicolo Schira reports Leicester are preparing to offer new terms to the Turkey defender.
Schira revealed, "Leicester wants to extend Caglar Söyüncü's contract (expires in 2023) in the coming weeks.
"Talks will be opened to reach an agreement, because many clubs are looking the Turkish centre back."
Soyuncu remains highly rated by Leicester, despite him losing his first-choice status this season.
