Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho says Harry Kane is fully fit and will start against Manchester City,
Spurs are at Premier League leaders City later today.
Mourinho said of his star striker: "Tomorrow he can start from the first minute.
"He played 60 minutes in the last game and there were no negative feelings.
"He just needs to get back into the rhythm."
