Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp learned today that Ozan Kabak had received his international clearance - via a journalist at this morning's pre-match presser.
Klopp is happy the on-loan Schalke defender is available ahead of Sunday's meeting with Manchester City, though won't confirm if the defender will play.
Both Kabak and fellow defensive signing Ben Davies will train today and tomorrow under Klopp for the first time before he makes a final call on their selection.
The Reds manager also gives a positive update on recovering trio Alisson, Sadio Mane and Fabinho.
