Manchester United remain hopeful of sending four more youngsters away on-loan today.

The Manchester Evening News says United youngsters Dylan Levitt, Ethan Galbraith and Matej Kovar could follow Teden Mengi out on loan before the transfer deadline.

The young United quartet have all been subject to loan interest this January, though the club are yet to decide whether to sanction temporary moves for some of them.

Two of the four could depart on deadline day with centre-back Mengi very likely to join Wayne Rooney's Derby on loan.

There has also been Championship interest in central midfielder Levitt, who was recalled from a stint with League One outfit Charlton this month.

Czech goalkeeper Kovar, who was recalled from a loan stint with Swindon this month, looks more likely to remain with the Under-23s. And midfielder Galbraith could also stay with Neil Wood's reserves squad.

The duo started United's entertaining 6-3 victory over rivals Liverpool on Saturday afternoon, though Mengi and Levitt did not. The Derby deal for Mengi is pending finalisation but is expected to go through early on deadline day.
