Roma coach Paulo Fonseca was delighted with their 2-0 Europa League defeat of Braga.
The Giallorossi won in Portugal via goals from Edin Dzeko and Borja Mayoral.
“We played well as a team, and I want to thank Jordan Veretout for doing very well as a wing-back," Fonseca told Sky Italia.
“Dzeko played very well, as did Borja Mayoral and everyone else. Braga are a team with a lot of quality, they created a few problems by attacking the space, but we made sure they were never really dangerous.
“Gianluca Mancini was the vice-captain for this match. The armband is not important right now, we have to think about the present and the future. All we care about is that Dzeko scores goals.
“Could he play with Mayoral? We'll see in future, but the team is playing well with this system."
