Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola admits he has no idea why new contract talks with Kevin de Bruyne are dragging on.
Guardiola was asked for an update at yesterday's pre-match presser for their clash with West Ham.
"I don't know why Kevin is taking so long to sign a new contract," he replied.
"But I'm not involved and he still has two or three years of contract."
It's suggested City are pushing De Bruyne to accept a cut on his current salary to extend his deal. His contract runs to 2023.
